What is a marriage celebrant?

What is a celebrant? A marriage celebrant is the person that speaks and officiates at your wedding ceremony. In Australia a celebrant is appointed by the federal government to legally marry people according to the law.

But it's so much more than that, they’re also there to make sure your ceremony is as unique and personal to the two of you as it possibly can be. They are there to make sure the moment you become partners is exactly what you had imagined.
